| Q. How do I place an order? A. Simply click on the design that you would like to purchase, then choose your shirt color, ink color, and size from the drop down menus. When all of the information is correct, click "Buy Now". Q. What payment options are available? A. All payments are processed through PayPal, which allows us to accept all major credit cards, checks, and money orders in a secure manner. Q. What is your privacy policy? A. All information that is submitted to Powerful Apparel is kept 100% private,and will NOT be sold, lent, or rented to any other source. Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing? A. Yes. If you are interested in wholesale pricing, please contact us at contact@powerfulapparel.com. Q. Do you customize orders? A. No, not currently, although the possibility does exist if there is enough interest. Q. What is your return policy? A. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at contact@powerfulapparel.com to initiate this process. Q. What brand of t-shirts do you print on? A. We use 100% cotton Gildan blank t-shirts. Q. What printing method do you use? A. We screen print all of our t-shirts with high quality plastisol inks. Q. Do you offer your designs in tank tops or cut offs? A. No. We assume that everyone has a special way of destroying their own t-shirt. Q. How are your t-shirts shipped? A. All of our t-shirts are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail. Q. Do you ship internationally? A. Yes. Unfortunately, though, we must charge extra for international shipping. Please contact us at contact@powerfulapparel.com to make arrangements. Q. How much do you charge for shipping? A. All of our t-shirts are shipped free of charge, with the exception of international orders. Q. How quickly do you ship orders? A. We make every attempt to ship all orders within 5 business days. Q. How quickly will my order arrive at my doorstep? A. Your order should be received within 7-10 business days.
